This project allowed me to provide my students with individual text-to-speak e-reader pens. All of my students were incredibly eager to try them. \r\n\r\nThe biggest impact was on my students who struggled with reading as well as those who are ESL. The e-reader pens allowed my students to listen to the same texts and books as their peers while following along. It also made them eager to read, something which they had previously dreaded.\r\n\r\nI appreciate the Morgridge Family Foundation for providing a matching opportunity for this project.
