This technology allows students to work at their current academic level while continuing to build their skills at a pace that is appropriate for them. Through interactive activities and games, students receive practice that matches their individual needs. The programs respond to their answers and progress, helping them strengthen areas where they need additional support while allowing them to advance when they are ready. This individualized approach has made learning more accessible and has helped students feel successful and confident.\r\n\r\nMy students especially enjoy the interactive games and the way the technology responds to their choices and answers. The novelty of using technology makes learning exciting, and students are eager to participate in activities that feel both educational and fun. They enjoy receiving immediate feedback and seeing themselves advance to new levels. Even when an activity becomes challenging, students are motivated to keep trying. I have noticed increased engagement, focus, and enthusiasm during these learning opportunities. Instead of becoming discouraged when they struggle with a skill, students are more willing to practice and work toward improvement.\r\n\r\nOne of the most exciting impacts has been the academic progress my students have made. All of my students are eager to use this technology, and some students who previously required more intensive Tier III interventions have made enough progress to move into Tier II interventions. This is a significant accomplishment and shows that they are developing stronger academic skills and becoming more independent learners. It has been wonderful to watch their confidence grow as they recognize their own progress.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has provided my students with much more than access to technology. You have given them an engaging tool that supports their individual learning needs, encourages perseverance, and helps them experience success. Seeing students excited to learn and proud of their accomplishments is incredibly rewarding. Thank you for investing in my students and helping create opportunities for them to grow academically and become more confident learners. We are truly grateful for your support and the positive impact you have made in our classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1381461217375,"projectUrl":"project/placing-interventions-for-three-students/1082051/","projectTitle":"Placing Interventions for Three Students at Risk","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Torres","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp2002780_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y555&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1786474193773","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/2002780"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_17603","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":347,"numTeachers":26,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":38,"percentWhite":0,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":58,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":1,"gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"13.3:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":45.8,"schoolId":17603,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Kelso Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Kelso Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/texas/houston-independent-school-district/kelso-elementary-school/17603"}
