The new resources have completely transformed how we use our recess and activity time. My students now have opportunities to practice teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving while staying active. One of my favorite moments was seeing a group of students work together to create an obstacle course using the new equipment—they were so proud to invite others to try it out, cheering each other on the whole time.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the room was filled with pure joy. My students' eyes lit up and the sound of their excitement said it all. They could hardly wait to get outside and put everything to use. For many of them, it was their first time having such a variety of choices to play, move, and explore during recess.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we're building on this momentum by connecting recess play to classroom learning. Students are now using these activities to strengthen cooperation and communication skills, which we'll continue practicing during group projects and team-based learning.
