Secondly, these books offer help on many art projects. If we are drawing sea life. They can find a book for ideas or to learn how to draw it step by step. It creates independent drawers. We have books ranging from animal, super heros, anime, and hair styles for all cultures. These books help give students from grade 1 to 5 resources to draw more accurately. Thank you for sharing my vision of independent drawers. This is great for perfectionist who can't stand erase marks and goe those who just can't get it right on the first or second try. The pens give an accuracy that finger tips can't. It also creates a new excitement for something new in art.\r\n Students have started to experiment with the pens in Autodesk Sketchbook. They are discovering new tools and techniques to use in their artwork. They are so eager to come to art. We hand out bucks for good behavior and above and beyond help. We have seen improvements in our student culture. This helps motivate students to be their very best to themselves and others.\r\nStudents are able to collect bucks to trade in for various items ranging from $1-$20. We offer small snacks and toys for $1. $2-$4 will get small stuffed animals, doodle boards and light up glasses. $5-$10 can buy sports balls and stem kits and over $10 students can save up for Lego sets. It's hard to say which item was their favorite. I know the light up glasses and stuffed animals went fast. Thanks to our donors the 1st year of the PBIS program is a success at our school.
