This technology has become a valuable tool in our Physical Education program by allowing students to see their performance in real time and make immediate corrections to their movements. Whether we are working on fundamental skills, sports activities, or fitness exercises, students can watch themselves perform and identify areas for improvement. This instant feedback helps them better understand the connection between instruction and execution, making learning more meaningful and effective.\r\n\r\nThe feature students enjoy most is being able to see themselves in action. They are excited to review their performance and compare it to proper demonstrations. Instead of simply being told what they need to improve, students can visually see their strengths and areas for growth. This has increased engagement and motivation, as students take a more active role in their own learning and skill development.\r\n\r\nI have especially noticed growth among students who previously struggled with mastering specific movements or techniques. The ability to watch and analyze their performance has helped build confidence and understanding. Students are more willing to practice, make adjustments, and try again because they can immediately see their progress. The Osmo Pocket 3 has turned skill development into a more interactive and student-centered experience. Your generosity has provided a tool that helps students become more reflective learners while strengthening the fundamental skills that are essential to lifelong health and physical activity.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in our students and helping them develop confidence, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of their own learning.","fullyFundedDate":1776182152468,"projectUrl":"project/move-smarter-through-video/10177914/","projectTitle":"Move Smarter Through Video","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Goodman","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp5585084_orig.png?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1693408942468","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5585084"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_16976","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":730,"numTeachers":51,"percentFrplEligible":94,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":31,"percentWhite":3,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":62,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":1,"gradesServed":"6 - 8","studentTeacherRatio":"14.3:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":51.7,"schoolId":16976,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Meadowbrook Middle School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Meadowbrook Middle School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/texas/fort-worth-independent-school-district/meadowbrook-middle-school/16976"}
