The sessions proved to be educational, therapeutic, and enjoyable for the young women, and they expressed their gratitude for the group and everything learned while participating.\r\n\r\nOne of the primary focuses of the mothers is how to balance caring for their children, school, work, and maintaining a social life. The items we received supported my ability to not only teach the mothers these strategies, but to also provide the items to make this possible. For example, I was able to expose them to the benefits of aromatherapy and how to use the various oils for stress relief, emotion regulation and other health benefits. Also, the mothers were excited about their journals and the ability to use them to record their feelings and parenting tips. \r\n\r\nI truly can't thank you enough for supporting this project and the positive impact it has had on the mothers and their children.
