I opened it with them during snack time and explained to them that someone was generous and bought these math materials for our classroom. They got more excited as I showed them each math item we received. \r\nMy students are using the math materials in small groups and in math centers. I showed them how to use the math manipulatives in small group before moving it to a center. They are work together to make patterns, compose and decompose and sort math manipulatives. They are able to teach each other using the math manipulatives and trays. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for believing in this classroom.
