We finished the year stronger than we were before we started. Many of us were behind coming into 5th grade math but we worked real hard to show that we could overcome that obstacle. We finished strong and our numbers show it in individual gains, classroom gains and our campus even went from a C- to a B.!! That took all of us!\r\n\r\nWe are all off to be great 6th graders and our teacher is going to 6th grade math as well\r\n\r\nWe hold you all who helped us in our hearts!","fullyFundedDate":1742585267910,"projectUrl":"project/motivation-for-practicing-and-testing/9015720/","projectTitle":"Motivation for Practicing and Testing","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Wadley","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-9_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9318357"},{"teacherId":9340057,"projectId":8709806,"letterContent":"We are thrilled to share the incredible impact the new equipment has had on our students. With the addition of basketballs, soccer balls, and exercise dice, our students have been more engaged and active during physical education and free time. The basketball and soccer balls have encouraged teamwork and friendly competition, while also helping students refine their coordination and motor skills. Their excitement is evident as they eagerly participate in games, challenging themselves and each other in new and creative ways.\r\n\r\nOne of the standout moments has been a fitness challenge project using the exercise dice. Students took turns rolling the dice to determine different exercises and repetitions, turning fitness into a fun and dynamic experience. Their enthusiasm and energy have been contagious, and it's clear that this new equipment has made a meaningful difference in their engagement and overall physical activity. Many of my students are sped/504 and their disability calls for the material to be read to them.\r\nThe headphones that were purchased allows them to have the material properly read them making them more successful.\r\nThe dry erase markers help us in our practice of skills and in small group researching.
