They have already decorated their binders with colorful name strips and celebration stickers, which they earn when they meet or beat their academic goals on tests or win class challenges. We even have a fun competition going to see who will collect the most stickers by the end of the school year.\r\n\r\nThese markers and pencils are making a major impact on our daily learning. During class practice, students can quickly hold up their boards to show me their answers, allowing me to easily see their work and thinking in real-time. Because everyone now has access to their own supplies, we save valuable class time and enjoy incredibly smooth, organized transitions. My students have been so responsible with caring for their new items, and even our school principal was thoroughly impressed by how seamless our classroom routines have become!\r\n\r\nThank you so much for your incredible generosity. My students and I truly appreciate your support, and we are putting these supplies to great use every single day. Now, every student can clearly hear instructions and work at their own pace without distractions. Students who once struggled to remain engaged are now completing assignments with greater confidence and enthusiasm.\r\n\r\nThe headphones have also helped me better support students with different learning needs. They can replay instructions, use text-to-speech programs, watch instructional videos, and receive individualized assistance without interrupting others.
