As the title of the project states, these are basic supplies, but they make the world of difference for my students. Besides making sure they are prepared for each of their classes having these supplies makes them be responsible and accountable. The two attributes are big pillars my team and I strive to teach and help our students understand they will take them far in life! \r\nThe resources purchased are used literally everyday, from classroom to classroom, the after-school programs my students are involved in, and at home. Our parents also know how important the supplies are and make sure their children have them at school everyday. \r\nWe are getting ready to go into the Spring semester of the school year, and it goes by so fast! With that comes more learning and preparing for the next grade. But the fact that my students will have the supplies they need will make the tasks of this semester easier.","fullyFundedDate":1729551583005,"projectUrl":"project/basic-supplies-needed-to-do-our-best/8892948/","projectTitle":"Basic Supplies Needed to Do Our Best!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Nelson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp3698604_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1720475088216","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3698604"},{"teacherId":5491647,"projectId":8490424,"letterContent":"I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for your generous contribution to our classroom project. Thanks to your support, we were able to provide essential hygiene items to our students, and I want to share with you how this has already made a positive impact in their daily lives.\r\n\r\nWhen the hygiene items first arrived, my students were excited and appreciative. Many of them had never had access to personal hygiene supplies at home, and you could see the relief and gratitude on their faces as they received the items. They were eager to use the new toiletries, and it was clear that the products helped them feel more confident and cared for. It was a small but meaningful way for them to take charge of their well-being, and the joy and pride they felt in using these items was truly heartwarming.\r\n\r\nLooking forward, the next step for my students will be to build on the habits they've begun to form with the hygiene items. We'll continue to talk about the importance of personal care and how it impacts their overall well-being and success in school. \r\nThank you again for making this all possible. Your thoughtful donation has not only provided essential hygiene products, but it has also helped nurture a sense of dignity and self-worth in our students.","fullyFundedDate":1723075856699,"projectUrl":"project/hygiene-helps-us-be-compassionate/8490424/","projectTitle":"Hygiene Helps Us Be Compassionate","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Decker Shipley","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp5491647_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1530140981600","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mssabrinadecker"},{"teacherId":5491647,"projectId":8497070,"letterContent":"I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your generous contribution to our classroom project. My students were eager to unwrap and explore their new instruments. Their faces lit up with joy as they held the recorders for the first time, and there was a buzz of curiosity as they examined every detail. I could see their enthusiasm grow as they learned how to properly hold and play their recorders. For many, this was their first time playing a wind instrument, and the sense of accomplishment they felt after playing their first notes was a true highlight.\r\n\r\nOnce again, thank you for your support. Your contribution has truly made a difference, and I can't wait for our students to continue to grow as musicians.
