My students need a more engaging classroom environment. The items in this project will continue to help them learn and grow. They will constantly be engaged by having a fun and exciting learning environment. Engaging children by using different types of resources is key. The flexible seating will allow all types of learners to learn in their own way without extra distractions. These types of wobble chairs also help promote better posture in children. The learning manipulative s will help each student learn on a more advanced level. This will also create more engaging collaborative learning groups. Students will be able to work in small groups on different activities and skills. These manipulative will help increase critical thinking skills during independent learning time. The rug will help teach students about personal space. Each student will have their own spot on the carpet designated specifically for them. Overall the items in my project will help keep students engaged and increase critical thinking skills.
