At the beginning of the school year, it was evident that I had a classroom full of avid readers who enjoyed living through books! I immediately went out to book stores to search for some of their favorites. While I was able to find a small selection, I knew that I needed more to satisfy their needs. That's when I learned about Donors Choose! \r\n\r\nAfter our project was fully funded, the books started to roll in and my students were filled with so much joy! They could finally finish the books series they had been reading for years! This project has allowed for more independent reading time in my classroom for my students.
