I also stocked student supply tubs with fresh glue sticks and placed brand-new titles right on the classroom library shelves.\r\nHaving everything in place from day one made an incredible difference in how smoothly our school year began. When my first graders walked in on the very first morning, the visual schedule immediately gave them a sense of structure and comfort in their new environment.
