We kicked off our unit by filling the Educational Insights Sprout & Grow Windows with Miracle-Gro Potting Mix and Worm Bliss Organic Castings, allowing the kids to observe seed germination and root structures in real time. Outdoors, students donned their gardening gloves, used the pruning shears to tend our plants, and cushioned their knees on the kneeling pads while placing the Garden Mesh Netting over our beds to protect our newly sprouted vegetables.\r\n\r\nWhen the boxes first arrived, the classroom erupted with excitement! The kids were mesmerized by the clear root viewer windows, calling them \"plant X-rays.\" Watching their faces light up as they unboxed the colorful garden shears and realized they were going to plant real vegetable seeds from the 35-variety kit was an unforgettable moment—they couldn't wait to get their hands dirty!\r\n\r\nNext up, our students will track the growth rates of their crops, comparing how different seeds thrive in our enriched soil.
