Students at the end of the year used cardstock to build soccer balls in geometry class. We also used the games (Genius Square and SET) for extra activities during the last few crazy weeks of the school year! Students enjoyed racing each other to build the different arrangements in Genius Square. I used the Puzzle Me book for brainteasers to be brain breaks after state testing. One of the other books is on our Beta Book Battle list. These supplemental books and games help enliven the offerings in my classroom.
