Your generosity has made a meaningful difference for my students and has helped create a classroom where they can learn, grow, and become more independent each day.\r\n\r\nAs a special education teacher, I work with students who have a wide range of learning, communication, sensory, and developmental needs. Having the right materials is incredibly important because my students learn best when they are able to interact with materials in ways that are engaging, accessible, and meaningful to them.\r\n\r\nBecause of your support, my students have had more opportunities to practice important academic, communication, fine-motor, and independent living skills. These materials have allowed us to make learning more hands-on and individualized so that every student has an opportunity to participate and experience success.\r\n\r\nOne of the most rewarding parts of teaching my students is watching their confidence grow when they realize, \"I can do this!\" A skill or activity that may seem small to someone else can represent a huge accomplishment for one of my students. Every time a student completes a task more independently, communicates a need, recognizes something we have been practicing, or proudly shows us what they can do, it reminds me how important it is for them to have access to materials that meet them where they are.\r\n\r\nYour donation did more than provide materials for our classroom—you helped provide opportunities. You helped my students practice skills that will follow them beyond our classroom and encouraged them to become more confident and independent learners.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in my students and supporting our classroom.
