This has increased their motivation to take pride in their work and has encouraged deeper effort and creativity across assignments.\r\n\r\nStudents are especially excited about how the new products connect them to school culture and special events. Being able to participate in pep rallies and other activities has been even more meaningful with the addition of exclusive laminated badges. These badges give students a sense of belonging and accomplishment, and many proudly showcase them as a symbol of being part of something special. Students who are typically quieter or less involved have particularly warmed to this opportunity, gaining confidence and excitement through recognition and inclusion.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, the practical supplies have made a noticeable difference in the classroom environment. During the winter season, the availability of Kleenex has been extremely helpful in keeping students comfortable and focused. The space is bright and welcoming. One which students are eager to enter. Fairley High School did not have a library the last 10 years. During this time it was under the leadership of a charter school. Memphis Shelby County Schools regained control of Fairley High in July 2025. The past school year was spent renovating the library and developing a book collection that would students would find fun and informative. \r\n\r\nBecause of your kindness and generousity, I have been able to create bulletin boards and signage for the library. I strive to create an inviting space for all students. When entering the library students are greeted by brightly colored signs, bulletin boards and murals. Many of them comment on how beautiul and nice it is. The excitement when they enter is worth all of the hard work that has gone into designing a space just for them.
