The space is bright and welcoming. One which students are eager to enter. Fairley High School did not have a library the last 10 years. During this time it was under the leadership of a charter school. Memphis Shelby County Schools regained control of Fairley High in July 2025. The past school year was spent renovating the library and developing a book collection that would students would find fun and informative. \r\n\r\nBecause of your kindness and generousity, I have been able to create bulletin boards and signage for the library. I strive to create an inviting space for all students. When entering the library students are greeted by brightly colored signs, bulletin boards and murals. Many of them comment on how beautiul and nice it is. The excitement when they enter is worth all of the hard work that has gone into designing a space just for them.
