Because of your generosity, my students have had the opportunity to grow not only as readers, but also as confident speakers, performers, and teammates.\r\n\r\nReaders Theatre has made a huge impact in our classroom. Students who were once shy about reading aloud are now volunteering for parts and practicing with excitement. Through repeated reading and performance, students have improved their fluency, expression, comprehension, and confidence. They are learning that reading can be engaging, collaborative, and fun.\r\n\r\nOne of the most rewarding parts of this experience has been watching students encourage one another. They work together to practice scripts, help each other with difficult words, and celebrate each other's progress. For many of my English Learners and struggling readers, Readers Theatre has provided a safe and motivating way to build language skills and feel successful in front of their peers.\r\n\r\nYour donation helped create meaningful learning experiences that my students will remember long after this school year. Seeing their excitement when preparing for performances and hearing them proudly read with expression has been incredible.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in our classroom and believing in our students. Your kindness and support truly made a difference.","fullyFundedDate":1767210600280,"projectUrl":"project/readers-theatre/9734718/","projectTitle":"Reader’s Theatre","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Lowery","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7879331_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1651628737661","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7879331"},{"teacherId":7879331,"projectId":9063402,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generous support, our classroom has been transformed into a more engaging, language-rich environment where students are excited to build their vocabulary every day. Students rotate through activities that include matching verbs and nouns with picture stamps, using the cards in storytelling games, and practicing word families and phonics.
