They were eager to earn money when they saw the choices. Many asked for an extra job! \r\n\r\nStudents have been using digital bank accounts. They receive bi-weekly pay for jobs performed in class. Such as, teacher assistant, Chromebook coordinator, headphone handler etc. \r\n\r\nOn paydays, student also have to pay their bills, rent, taxes and utilities. They are able to deposit any bonuses earned and withdraw any fines. They can choose to save up for a big item, or spend what is left for small items. Students are cautioned to be careful and always have savings in case they have to pay a tardy fine or unprepared fine. \r\n\r\nMoving forward, we will branch out and talk about interest, investments and credit. \r\n\r\nA huge shoutout to Synchrony for partnering with me on this project!
