We recently celebrated an attendance boost for the sixth grade students. They were able to receive a chip, granola bar, and squishy ball. It was such an amazing experience seeing their bright eyes light up. \r\n\r\nThe students were so surprised to see how many items we received. When I first told them about the experience, I let them know that it was only a possibility. For that small chance to actually become a reality was a huge moment for them. So many of our students go without, but now we are able to learn and have fun simultaneously. \r\n\r\nOur next steps are to work hard to make honor roll. The students have two weeks left before report cards go out. They took their benchmark tests this week and each one was able to receive a healthy snack before testing to ensure they did their absolute best. We thank you for proving that opportunity to us.
