They began taking more pride in their projects, using colors to highlight important information, organize their ideas, and creatively demonstrate what they had learned.\r\n\r\nThe supplies were especially helpful when we created anchor charts as a class. These charts are visual tools that stay on the walls to support learning, and with the new crayons and colored pencils, students could help make them more eye-catching and memorable. They used different colors to code key terms, draw diagrams, and illustrate examples, which made the content easier to understand and recall. Not only did this boost their learning, but it also built a sense of ownership and teamwork.
