The kids walked in on Tuesday, saw it, and were thrilled. The old carpet was dingy, stained, and was unraveling in a few places so this new one really brightened up our room.\r\nWhile writing the thank you notes for this donation we came up with reasons why we love our new carpet. \r\nHere are a few of the reasons the kids came up with on their own:\r\n-We love the colors!\r\n-We like how bright it is.\r\n-I like the shapes.\r\n-The letters are fun and the letters are all uppercase.\r\n-I like that we all have our own space on the carpet.\r\n-The spaces we now have are big.\r\n-The uppercase letters will help me learn.\r\n\r\nWe have assigned seating on the carpet, but since Tuesday the kids have asked if they could move to...the letter B, a heart, a shape that is red, etc...They have had a lot of fun and learning with the new carpet in just 3 days!
