They made different kinds of bracelets depending on their grade. Students stamped their names, birthdays, pet names, and some made jewelry for their moms. They enjoyed the image stamps and many bracelets reflected the personalities of the individual. \r\nWhen students were introduced to this project, they were excited--some of them gasped because they had never thought about being able to work with metals. Between our planning day and our stamping day, students would ask me in the hallway if they would be able to work on their bracelets next class. Some younger siblings asked about the project because their older brothers and sisters talked about metalworking at home. \r\nStudents will make stamped necklaces next with the same tools to continue our jewelry unit. Students in future years will be able to use the hammers, stamps, and steel blocks. Your donation has helped set up our classroom for future jewelry artworks.","fullyFundedDate":1758833704620,"projectUrl":"project/metal-stamped-jewelry-bling/9593801/","projectTitle":"Metal-stamped Jewelry Bling","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Dunlap","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8079988_orig.jpg?crop=200,200,x0,y5&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1755285984005","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8079988"},{"teacherId":9900717,"projectId":9199421,"letterContent":"Thank you so much! Our students work hard to develop skills that often come naturally for most people so it is always great when we can mask \"work\" into \"fun\" by playing games and the more options we have, the more the student feels like therapy is fun rather than work. \r\n\r\nI can't wait to be able to use all of the items in the upcoming years and it could not have happened without your generosity.
