Also, it makes it so much easier for me to see their work and be able to easily assist them when needed. \r\n\r\nThe students were so thrilled. Several cheered when we opened the boxes, and they immediately dove into the supplies. I have tried it all! From using our school issued agendas back in the early 2000's, to having them buy their own agendas, to printing out a calendar specific for my class. They just can't seem to grasp the organizational piece of the puzzle. I finally used a portion of my white board to create a calendar, which worked, but because my board is so old and stained, it presented more challenges than relief when it came to keeping them organized. This is where you came in and helped save the day. I now have a huge calendar hanging on my wall where I can put important dates for the month. It is in the very front of the room where students can focus on the dates for my class. September will be the first month that this interactive calendar will be live and I have high expectations and hopes of this calendar making an impact in the lives and organization of my students!","fullyFundedDate":1755731442312,"projectUrl":"project/keeping-up-with-the-dates/9554091/","projectTitle":"Keeping Up With the Dates","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Simmons","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/brandisimmons"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_29990","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":452,"numTeachers":29,"percentFrplEligible":88,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":8,"percentWhite":75,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":6,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"7 - 8","studentTeacherRatio":"15.6:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"TOWN_FRINGE"},"inStateSupporters":58.0,"schoolId":29990,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about T.E.
