We have materials for DNA extraction and gel electrophoresis. We captured pictures of students doing forensic studies including preparing gel cassette, pouring gel, and running PCR.\r\n\r\nThe students were surprised that we were going to do new and exciting experiments. The students were most fascinated with the PCR machine. They were able to see equipment used in major laboratories.\r\n\r\nThe next step is to modify and extend the labs. There were some items missing that we need to do further experiments, but we are so grateful to our donors. Thank you so much for your incredible contribution.
