Because these materials last longer, students can use them repeatedly for practice, review, and small-group instruction throughout the year.\r\n\r\nWhat excites students most is having learning tools they can physically interact with. Laminated manipulatives—such as sorting cards, math tools, and learning games—feel more \"official\" and engaging to them. Students are eager to use materials that are colorful, sturdy, and clearly designed just for their learning. They can just grab a pair of headphones and work without disrupting their peers.\r\n\r\nMany of my students come to school without even the most basic school matierals.
