My students are using the dividers when they take assessments to help with test security. Using the dividing helps stop some of the wandering eyes; thank you for donating so that my students can use the dividers. They provide a physical barrier that helps minimize distractions and reduce the temptation for students to look at their peers' work. This fosters an environment of academic integrity and encourages students to rely on their own knowledge. \r\nThe additional treats and party favors have been added to our class treasure box. Students like selecting prizes from the treasure box, which is why more fidgets and prizes are needed.\r\nOver time, the treats added to the treasure box along with the presence of test dividers can help establish a culture of trust and independence, reinforcing the value of honest effort and personal achievement in the classroom. No matter how big or small, students love rewards.With these rewards, I will be able to provide an incentive for positive behavior and engaging effort in the classroom.\r\nThe fidget spinners will be given to each student as part of the leveling up/promotion gift along with some other items and educational activities that I will provide. The party favor toys will be used for birthday celebrations and for prizes that students may select, when they earn their glow party. Additionally, test dividers create a structured, organized atmosphere during assessments.\r\n\r\nMy student like the The Privacy Divider's message ---Do your best.....You are awesome—-encourages my students and allows them to complete tests and quizzes with privacy at their desk throughout the week.
