For students who struggle with self-regulation, this has been especially helpful. I've seen students independently choose the Toniebox when they need a break, showing growth in their ability to recognize and manage their emotions.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we will continue to use the Toniebox as part of our daily routine for calming breaks, quiet time, and emotional support.
