This project was such a fun way to involve students in beautifying a space that was lacking personality. We wanted to create a space that was inviting and conducive to learning. The students were very excited to use the new materials that encouraged them to be involved. Planting flowers and vegetables was a great way to teach students about parts of a plant and how to grow different plants. The boxes made the space beautiful. In the spring we planted flowers and we plan to plant mums in the fall. The garden gloves and tools will be used for many years to come to engage our student in scientific students and especially planting. Again, thank you for your thoughtfulness and dedication in education.
