I felt like a kid on Christmas morning when the packages arrived. I opened the parachutes right away and began using them in my classroom. As you can see from the pictures, the students had a blast. \r\n\r\nPlay is a major part of elementary music and the parachutes and stepping stones are amazing additions to the play activities we are already doing in the classroom. I have also found new lessons that I can't wait to try with my students using these resources.\r\n\r\nThe boomwhackers fit perfectly in the new holders. I was so excited when the stools arrived and opened them right away. I was able use them the very next day with my bucket drumming ensemble. The students looked great and it was easy to see them all, since they were sitting up nice and tall. We have been using the new rhythm sticks almost every class period. Students love that they are red - there used to be arguments over who got to use the red sticks.
