My classroom has a high percentage of students with ADHD. It is my goal to have a fully engaged classroom. When students are engaged not only do they increase their grades but they also increase their love for learning.
Flexible seating it a great way to help students become more focused in school. It helps them to get out their wiggles while still learning. I have started flexible seating a little bit in the past few months and it is amazing to see what a difference it makes.
My students have been more engaged and their test scores have also increased! I want to have a completely flexible seating classroom next year so that we can start off the year being engaged. My students and I thank you in advance!
The core engagement stools and the balance balls will be great for my students that have a hard time sitting still. It will help them be more engaged because they have the freedom to be moving while working.
The bean bag chairs and saucer chairs will be useful in making the classroom feel like a home. They will help provide a comfortable safe environment which will help increase engagement and learning.
