The students now have an area where they can decompress if they are feeling anxious or frustrated. \r\nThis helps when we need to separate students if they have an issue or if a student comes to school already upset. We can use that separate area to let them calm down or to talk with staff. We added some lights to the area and it really has a calming vibe. \r\nIt's so important to have a space where they can go where it's safe and soft. Without donors like you this area wouldn't be a reality. The students are able to understand the characters and see themselves in these books. \r\nThese books help instill a love for reading within my students. When the students enjoy what they are reading, it makes teaching so rewarding! Thank you again for providing these two books for my classroom.
