We have talked a lot about how different students need different tools or activities to help get their brain and body ready to learn. After my students learned about how to use the wobble chair and the fidgets provided by this project, I have seen their increased ability to focus on our language activities, especially reading books together. Many children ask specifically if they can get the wobble seat or a \"tool\" to keep their hands busy. \r\n\r\nThe mirrors, mouth puppets, and other therapy tools have been excellent additions to our therapy sessions. The mouth puppets have been a hands on way to teach about how to produce different sounds and the mirrors provide a fun and useful way for students to observe their sound production. I often get requests to use the mirrors for sound practice! The picture cards and targets allow us to work together as a group on our goals that day while incorporating new vocabulary and learning how to put sentences together. \r\n\r\nThank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity in funding this project for my students.
