These donations go a long way in supporting the swim program. Swimming is often overlooked. We need more to compete than just caps and goggles. \r\n\r\nAt Neshaminy Core, we have already been using the water polo equipment, and the children love them. These types of additions add a tremendous amount of variety while making the swimmers work hard without even knowing. At times, the swimmers are staying well past the end of practice still playing hard. \r\n\r\nThe strength equipment has been a great addition to our regimen as well. We have seen results from the swimmers using the weights and parachutes by improved times and performance in sets.
