This break allows them to regulate their bodies back to calm before we start our class room learning. During this break. Students sit in their seats, the lights are turned off, and a calming sensory video is played on the screen. With the large selection of snacks that were donated Students are able to pick their own snack which is a huge help to have options with students with emotional disturbance needs.
