Students chose 4 activities to participate in. All stations centered around coping skills to help facilitate good physical health and mental health. \r\n\r\nOur students (and staff) enjoyed the activities, and I heard many positive comments. Students enjoyed the snacks and water and were excited to participate in the day's activities.
