Watching our lettuce, beans, and peas sprout has been such an exciting experience for our students—they check on the plants daily and can't wait to create a salad this week using the produce we've grown. After Christmas break, we'll add fish to the aquarium, completing our aquaculture system.\r\n\r\nThis project has sparked meaningful conversations about healthy eating and the importance of reducing processed food in our diets.
