Your donations have provided valuable resources for my 32 students, each with their own strengths, interests, and learning needs. Many of my students have IEPs, and many come from low-income households. Having the supplies and learning materials they need helps make our classroom a place where everyone has the opportunity to learn and succeed.\r\n\r\nOne of the first things we did with our new supplies was make sure every student received two freshly sharpened pencils! It may seem like a small thing, but having the supplies they need helps students feel prepared and ready to learn. We also started trying out our new flexible seating options during independent reading time. Several students enjoyed using the beanbag chairs and floor pillows while reading. These options help us create a comfortable and welcoming classroom where students can enjoy learning.\r\n\r\nOur new nonfiction science and nature books are giving students opportunities to explore interesting topics while improving their reading skills. The marble run and magnetic tiles will encourage hands-on learning, creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. Students will be able to build, experiment, and learn through play. Our crayons, colored pencils, glue sticks, and sharpeners will ensure that students have the supplies they need for everyday assignments and creative projects. The motivational stickers will help me celebrate students' hard work, kindness, and perseverance. The snacks will also give us another way to make special classroom moments even more enjoyable.\r\n\r\nAs a teacher, one of my favorite things is watching students become excited about learning and proud of what they accomplish. Every child deserves the chance to explore new ideas, try something challenging, and feel successful. These resources will help me provide more opportunities for students to learn in different ways, express their creativity, and work together.\r\n\r\nYour generosity means so much because it provides more than just classroom supplies. It helps create opportunities for students who may not always have access to extra educational materials at home. It also reminds my students that their education matters and that people in their community believe in them. I want every child in my classroom to feel valued, supported, and encouraged to do their best.\r\n\r\nThank you for being part of our classroom family and helping make these learning experiences possible. Your kindness is making a difference in the lives of my students, and I am grateful for your willingness to invest in their education. Because of you, my third graders have more opportunities to learn, grow, and discover what they can achieve. Your support means more than words can express, and we sincerely thank you for helping our classroom shine!","fullyFundedDate":1792431812087,"projectUrl":"project/our-home-away-from-home/10754527/","projectTitle":"Our Home Away from Home!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. G.","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10719222_orig.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1792417338625","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10719222"},{"teacherId":10719219,"projectId":10754516,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generosity and support of my third-grade classroom! Your kindness has made a wonderful difference in our classroom and has helped create a warm, comfortable, and welcoming environment where my students feel happy and excited to learn.\r\n\r\nThe bean bag chairs have provided cozy, comfortable seating where students can relax and enjoy a good book. The new books have helped spark an interest in reading and given students more opportunities to explore different stories. The snacks have been especially appreciated, helping students stay energized and focused throughout the school day. The colored pencils have allowed students to express their creativity while completing classroom projects and activities.\r\n\r\nThe whiteboards and Expo markers have been a wonderful addition to our math lessons! We use them regularly to work through examples together and check for understanding. They allow every student to actively participate, show their thinking, and receive immediate feedback. They also help me quickly identify students who may need additional support.\r\n\r\nThe kickballs and volleyballs have brought excitement to outdoor recess while encouraging teamwork, cooperation, and physical activity. The marble drop sets and Magna-Tiles have been a huge hit during indoor recess! These activities encourage creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and imaginative play while giving students fun opportunities to interact with their classmates.\r\n\r\nIt has been so rewarding to see the excitement on my students' faces as they use and enjoy these materials. Each item has made a meaningful difference in our classroom, whether it is helping students learn, encouraging creativity, or building friendships.\r\n\r\nThank you again for your kindness and generosity.
