Today alone, many of my classes were able to maintain on task behaviors with the implementation of headphones as a rewards. They were also very good with the added classroom routine of turning in materials in an organized fashion at the end of class.\r\nFrom another perspective, students working on the online portion of our program are able to better focus on instructional videos.
