The jellyfish lamp has become a comforting visual for many of them. Students often sit quietly and watch the gentle movement of the jellyfish while they regulate their emotions and practice calming strategies.\r\n\r\nThe coping skills tools we received have also been incredibly helpful. When students feel overwhelmed, anxious, or frustrated, they are able to choose from a variety of tools that help them manage their emotions and refocus before returning to class.\r\n\r\nThe small animal figures have become a meaningful communication tool for students who struggle to express their feelings verbally. Many students use them like puppets to act out situations or share what they are experiencing during difficult moments.
