Your generosity has made an immediate and meaningful impact on our students. The social-emotional materials and general supplies you helped provide are already being used daily to build stronger emotional awareness, communication skills, and connection in our learning community.\r\n\r\nThese tools are helping our students identify their feelings, practice calming strategies, and solve problems in positive ways. For many of our learners, having concrete supports—such as visual cue cards, flexible seating choices, mindfulness tools, and emotional regulation games—makes the difference between feeling overwhelmed and feeling successful. Because of you, students who once struggled to express themselves now have ways to share how they feel and ask for what they need.\r\n\r\nThe students get excited about using new materials and are able to explore a variety of activities to help in their learning process. These may seem like small moments, but in our classroom, they are big steps toward confidence, resilience, and growth.\r\n\r\nYour kindness is felt every single day. Showing students that you care about them by creating a clean, beautiful, peaceful learning enviornment is very helpful. It shows the students that education is valued and important and sets the stage for their success.\r\n\r\nWe do fun Friday every week students paint watercolors. The best part has been to observe their creativity when engaging with the materials, as some children are using them for their intended use while other students have used the materials for something else completely for their own creations and during free choice time. \r\n\r\nI am excited to use the materials in varied ways throughout the year.
