My leadership class has been hard at it and has been doing independent reading as well as in class reading with our new novels and they are well on their way to become better leaders for our tomorrow. \r\n\r\nOne of the novels, \"Leaders Eat Last\", has already had a great impact on several of my kids. They have been coming up with ways that they can serve in the community and be a silent leader in these projects. Recently, we embarked on a project where students speed date based on the genetics of monsters. The materials provided helped boost mental health during the project. When the students first saw the materials, including the pencils, pens, and candy, their excitement was palpable. \r\n\r\nThe reaction from the students was overwhelmingly positive; they expressed enthusiasm about the fun the resources offered.
