Before I had this resource, I worked out examples and gave notes on the TV, which is basically a giant tablet. It's a really nice piece to use for teaching math, except that I was stuck at the front of the room, and turning my back from the class. Any teacher will tell you that this is not ideal. Teenagers like to get distracted when my back is turned, and cause disruption during the lesson. \r\nAs you can see in the picture, I am able to do examples and explain the lesson from the back of the room. Now, my lessons are much more focused, ALL students are writing the notes down, and I would guess that I have 75% more participation in answering questions. The back of the room's grades have also improved! \r\nIdeally, it would be nice to have smaller class sizes, so that I can do more one on one learning in the classroom. However, since that is not always possible, using a tablet is the next best thing!
