The materials have given them more opportunities to participate in hands-on and engaging ELA/Reading activities while building their reading, writing, and comprehension skills. I have seen students become more willing to participate in lessons, complete assignments, and work together with their classmates. One special moment was seeing students become excited about using the new materials during our reading activities. Having resources that are designed to support different learning needs has helped my students feel more confident and successful in the classroom.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to continue using these resources during our current ELA/Reading lessons to strengthen reading comprehension, vocabulary, and writing skills. Students will have opportunities to practice identifying important details, answering questions about what they read, and explaining their thinking. I am grateful to our donors for helping make these learning experiences possible.
