Rather than simply learning about solar energy from a textbook, they had the opportunity to experiment, observe results, and understand how sunlight can be transformed into usable energy. This hands-on experience helped make concepts such as energy, sustainability, and environmental responsibility more tangible and exciting.\r\n\r\nThe ocean science kit provided another opportunity for students to investigate the science of our oceans. Students explored ocean ecosystems, marine life, water quality, and the important role oceans play in our planet's health. The activities encouraged curiosity and helped students make connections between scientific concepts and real-world environmental challenges.\r\n\r\nTogether, these experiences showed students that science is not just something they read about—it is something they can do. In providing us with calming items we have been able to provide a soothing atmosphere for learning. My students are over joyed with the fluorescent light covers as they provide much needed comfort. My students absolutely love the calm down corner with the weighted sloth and weighted blanket. My class loves to receive materials and they have enjoyed the replacement items with some of the games that we were able to choose and those provide joy on colder days. We are so grateful and have felt the impacts of this donation. Our classroom has been more comfortable and calming thanks to your wonderful donations. \r\n We are fortunate to have caring donors like yourself. My students wanted to write to you about the games as they have had the most fun with playing the games on days it is too cold or rainy to go outside.
