Your support has made it possible for students to engage in meaningful STEM activities through both our solar-powered experiment and ocean science kit.\r\n\r\nThrough the solar-powered experiment, students were able to see renewable energy in action. Rather than simply learning about solar energy from a textbook, they had the opportunity to experiment, observe results, and understand how sunlight can be transformed into usable energy. This hands-on experience helped make concepts such as energy, sustainability, and environmental responsibility more tangible and exciting.\r\n\r\nThe ocean science kit provided another opportunity for students to investigate the science of our oceans. Students explored ocean ecosystems, marine life, water quality, and the important role oceans play in our planet's health. The activities encouraged curiosity and helped students make connections between scientific concepts and real-world environmental challenges.\r\n\r\nTogether, these experiences showed students that science is not just something they read about—it is something they can do. Students practiced observation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork while developing a deeper appreciation for both renewable energy and our oceans.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, these activities helped students see themselves as scientists, explorers, and problem-solvers. Your support has helped create moments of discovery that can spark a lasting interest in STEM and environmental stewardship.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping provide students with opportunities to learn through exploration and experience. Because of your generosity, students are not only learning about the world around them—they are gaining the knowledge and confidence to help shape its future.","fullyFundedDate":1781292337763,"projectUrl":"project/looking-through-the-microscope/10137409/","projectTitle":"Looking Through the Microscope","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Brinley","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9211151_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1787004544473","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9211151"},{"teacherId":9211151,"projectId":9368040,"letterContent":"Thank you so very much for the wonderful donations. My class loves to receive materials and they have enjoyed the replacement items with some of the games that we were able to choose and those provide joy on colder days.
