My students were able to focus in class because they were not hungry during the class. We were able to offer snacks to all students, any time the felt they needed it. The impact that these donations had on my students can not be explained. We are from a small rural community that has a large majority on free and reduced lunches so they can't afford to buy themselves snacks.
