I needed more lower level books and those are what your donation went to purchase.\r\n\r\nThis is important because beginning readers need to experience lots of success in order to want to build the stamina it takes to read more difficult text. The impact of our new lower level books has definitely experienced with my struggling readers. They are finally internalizing the early spelling skills. Most are now meeting their reading goals and receiving their monthly certificates! \r\n\r\nAgain, thank you for your donation. My students' faces lit up when the supplies arrived! Just that excitement increased their participation.
