When they first saw the beads, they were excited to get started and eager to earn their first ones!\r\n\r\nThese beads have helped motivate my students to read more, build their confidence, and take ownership of their learning. They have turned reading into something students look forward to and celebrate. At the end of the school year, students will get to take their necklaces home as a special keepsake to remember their hard work, the books they explored, and the progress they made as readers.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to continue encouraging students to read a variety of books, challenge themselves with new stories, and demonstrate their understanding through comprehension tests. We are so grateful to our donors for helping us make reading a fun and meaningful experience in our classroom.
