Some choose to take their shoes off and instantly feel calmer and more engaged. One student even said, \"I feel calmer when we use the mats\". I have seen that same calm take hold in many of them.\r\n\r\nWe are using them for stretching, strengthening, and traditional exercises like sit-ups and planks-building strength, improving cardiovascular health, and learning body awareness. Some students are even practicing what they have learned at home!\r\n\r\nYour support made this possible.
