They are able to get food, hygiene items, clothing and school supplies. We also have 10-12 families that get weekly grocery pick-ups. \r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity in donating to the \"Restock the Helpful Hive\" project, we are able to continue these resources for everyone. The last few weeks have seen an uptick in use as some of our families rely on SNAP funding to make ends meet. Thankfully, the Helpful Hive was able to fill in the gaps.\r\n\r\nYour help is so appreciated as we continue providing help for those in need. We are already using the tuners to help us prepare for our state high school band adjudicated event. In addition, it has been wonderful for many of my students to have high quality reeds--it makes a HUGE difference in their tone quality. Many of them buy cheaper reeds due to the high cost of everything these days. Their faces light up when I can give them a good reed free of charge.\r\n\r\nI appreciate your support of music education, which is so important! It is very fulfilling to teach music and have students collaborate with each other, especially in a societal landscape that can be divisive at times.
